1. Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within [1 to 2] business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or statutory holidays.

If we are experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery. If there will be a significant delay in the shipment of your audio equipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.

2. Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer standard and expedited shipping options through our carrier partners (Canada Post, UPS, FedEx).

Delivery delays can occasionally occur, especially during peak holiday seasons or due to extreme weather conditions. Audioontario is not responsible for carrier delays once the package has been handed over.

3. Heavy and Oversized Items

Please note that certain professional audio gear—such as large studio monitors, subwoofers, and PA systems—are considered heavy or oversized freight. These items may incur additional shipping surcharges at checkout and may require extra transit time.

4. Shipment to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO Addresses

Audioontario ships to addresses within Canada [and the United States – remove if you only ship to Canada]. However, due to the size and value of our equipment, we cannot ship to P.O. Boxes or APO/FPO addresses. A valid physical street address is required for all deliveries.

5. Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will typically become active within 24 hours.

6. Customs, Duties, and Taxes

Audioontario (2422772 ONTARIO INC.) is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.). [Note: This clause is especially important if you plan to ship to the US or internationally.]

7. Damages and Lost Packages

We take great care in packaging your fragile audio gear. However, Audioontario is not liable for any products damaged or lost during transit.

If your order arrives damaged:

  1. Please document the damage by taking clear photos of the shipping box and the damaged product.

  2. Save all packaging materials and damaged goods.

  3. Contact the shipment carrier immediately to file a claim.

8. Missing or Stolen Deliveries

Once the carrier marks a package as “Delivered” to the address provided at checkout, Audioontario’s responsibility for the package ends. We highly recommend monitoring your tracking information and ensuring someone is available to receive high-value items. We are not responsible for stolen packages.
