Refund and Return Policy

Thank you for shopping with Audioontario, operated by 2422772 ONTARIO INC. We want you to be completely satisfied with your professional audio equipment and DJ gear. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

1. Standard Return Window

You have 30 days from the date of delivery to return an eligible item. To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused, in the exact same condition that you received it, and in its original, unopened packaging.

2. Non-Returnable Items

Due to the specific nature of professional audio equipment, health and safety regulations, and copyright laws, the following items cannot be returned once opened or unsealed:

  • In-ear monitors and earbuds (for hygiene reasons)

  • Microphones and vocal pop filters (for hygiene reasons)

  • Software, plugin licenses, and digital downloads

  • Opened vinyl records or CDs

  • Custom-ordered or personalized gear

  • Clearance or “Final Sale” items

3. The Return Process

To initiate a return, please follow these steps:

  1. Contact our support team at support@audioontario.com to request a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number. Please include your original order number and the reason for the return.

  2. Wait for our team to approve the return and provide your RMA number and return shipping address.

  3. Pack the item securely, including all original manuals, cables, accessories, and warranty cards. Write the RMA number clearly on the outside of the shipping box (do not write on the manufacturer’s product box).

Note: Returns sent back to us without prior authorization and an RMA number will not be processed.

4. Shipping Costs

  • Standard Returns: You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for returning your item. Original shipping costs are non-refundable.

  • Defective or Incorrect Items: If you receive a defective unit or the wrong item, Audioontario will cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us within 48 hours of delivery to report shipping damage or defects.

5. Restocking Fees

Returned items that are not in their original condition, are missing parts, or have damaged retail packaging may be subject to a restocking fee of up to 15% of the item’s purchase price. Heavy items, such as large studio monitors or PA systems, may also be subject to a restocking fee to cover the high cost of original freight.

6. Processing Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected at our facility, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment. Please allow 5 to 10 business days for the funds to appear on your bank statement, depending on your financial institution’s processing times.
